There is so much to do with this system people have to decide for themselves where to focus-- what parts and ways of doing it work for you, which foundation patterns to use, etc. <br /><br />I really suggest using one of the practice loops for this, if you're not-- it makes the drudgery way more tolerable, perhaps even FUN.
